We here on Yahoo Answers do not know your mom, therefore, we would not know if she would let you have it done. From her reaction before, I doubt it. Dude, if your Mom won't do it, and your a minor, what is there to do but wait? Don't do it yourself, very bad idea. Just wait or find some way to talk her into it. Have fun with it.
