Have you ever experienced this.?

Well, I have pretty bad vision, I also suffer from something called VS (visual snow) GAD, and Severe depression. When I lay down to sleep, I see these little white/black pinpoints of light that appear for 1-3 seconds, its similar to what you see when doing the peripheral vision test at the eye doctor when you have to click the on every time you see a flash of light. it only lasts a few minutes then it goes away. just curious if this is part of my visual snow, or something else. I'm confident its not a retinal tear, and it is not a floater.
