If an old friend never contacts me should I talk to her?

Okay, we were best friends ever, in the 5th-6th grade, she moved away and we hardly talk till my mom and her mom were working at the same job. Then we started hanging out again. But about a year ago she move over 100 miles away and then i moved this summer about 50 more miles away, and then she contacted me on myspace, and she was wondering if we could hang out, but i was like idk, and then she gave me her number and i gave her my number, but should i tak to her, i mean she never calls me never talks and never emails me. And we are suppose to be best friends, what should i do????
