Making Burgers for 4th of July?

I recommend kneading a little salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic into your ground beef before making the patties. Beef, mushrooms, and bread all tend to dull other flavors, so use a tad more than you think you should. Grill the buns; put them on when the patties are nearly done. Toasted bread is less dull, flavorwise.
