Can i feed my fish aquatic turtle food?

when i feed my turtle the reptomin turtle sticks, can i smush a few up and feed them with the fish i keep in the tank with him? i have a feeder fish in there and for the past 3 weeks its been munchin on end bits. he seems to be ok.. lemme know if my tiger barb will be ok with that or should i get fish food..
