At the current time, is it possible to update a Blogger hosted blog in China?

Over April break this year, I am going to China with my school. I would really like to post a blog entry each night with an account of the day. I don't want to deal with the hle of updating a site via Dreamweaver each night, so I was considering a Blogger based site. Does anyone know if the Chinese government currently allows access to Blogger? The government has lifted and reinstated the blocks several times in recent years and I was wondering what the current status was. Thank you in advance!
