2004 Chrysler Town & Country 3.8L - squeaking, squealing belt noise - Alternator?

Mostly during COLD startups at idle. The belt is making a squeaking noise. Already replaced the Belt, and the belt tensionor. Noise still there. Usually after a long drive the noise dissappears but will come back. I noticed a ever so slight wobble in the water pump and changed it. Noise still there. Could it be the alternator? Sometimes, when the heated seats are on and the lights are running, I noticed a slight dimming in the dashboard lights? Never had any problems starting, just this termpermental squeaking noise.
