Should smoking be banned from outdoor dining areas?

I agree with you totally, and I am a smoker. California has far more strict rules about smoking than where I used to live. I used to waitress and work in a place where smoking was allowed everywhere and it was normal. But it is so refreshing now to have dinner anywhere with nobody else's smoke wafting around. If that makes me a hypocrite, so be it.
