What is a 'devil child' and is there any way to flush their soul of Satan's wicked stench?

I don't think it takes a rocket scientist to see that some children are having some real trouble in trying to evict the agents of the wicked one from their wretched souls so what can what we do to help these young rascals be rid of these bad influences?
