40 h famine?

hi. I'm doing the 40 hour famine and need some ideas. I've got rehearsals all weekend for dance comps, music comps etc so can't do the eating famine, talking famine or sleeping famine. What other famines could I do? and please don't suggest to do it another weekend. thanks. Also, would no carbohydrates be really bad for me?
