Is this weird/odd????? question about sleeping?

You have to set your Circadian Rhythm (read about it). You do this by constantly going to sleep and waking up at the same time for at least 2 weeks. So go to be at like 11 and wake up at 8 or something. Your body needs 6-8 hours of sleep. Even if you cant fall asleep and you lie in bed for hours tossing and turning, you have to close your eyes and rest. Eventually your body will recognize the times it should rest, and you will become tired around bed time. Once you set your rhythm, you can break out of it for a day or 2, stay up late playing video games or studying or whatnot, but try to stay in a good schedule.
